Lemon Sorbet Spritz

Sweet, nutty, and refreshing: Summer cocktails don’t get any better than this

This spritz is the perfect summer afternoon cocktail, or it can even be served alongside dessert at your al fresco dinner party.

  • 1 Ounce hazelnut liqueur, such as Frangelico
  • 1 scoop lemon sorbet
  • Prosecco


Blend the lemon sorbet until soft and puréed.

Pour the Frangelico into a Champagne flute, followed by the sorbet. Top with Prosecco.
