- 1 pound cooked shrimp, cut into half-inch pieces
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 serrano chiles, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup organicgirl© lemon agave dressing
- tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- In a serving bowl, toss shrimp, avocado, onion, cilantro, and chiles with dressing. Serve with tortilla chips.
