  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, cut into half-inch pieces
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 serrano chiles, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup organicgirl© lemon agave dressing
  • tortilla chips, for serving
  1. In a serving bowl, toss shrimp, avocado, onion, cilantro, and chiles with dressing. Serve with tortilla chips.
