Lemon Shrimp Ceviche


This fresh and zesty appetizer goes a long way. Using organicgirl’s Lemon Agave dressing, you can easily prepare the perfect appetizer for a winter party.


  • 1 Pound cooked shrimp, cut into half-inch pieces
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/3 Cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 serrano chiles, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 Cup organicgirl© lemon agave dressing
  • Tortilla chips, for serving


In a serving bowl, toss shrimp, avocado, onion, cilantro, and chiles with dressing. Serve with tortilla chips.
