Lavender Lemon Cocktail

This pretty, subtly flavored cocktail is perfect for any occasion

The subtle flavors of gin and lavender go hand in hand for this perfectly pretty cocktail. A touch of citrus brings out a brightness and fragrance in the herb that is satisfying for any palate.

For the lavender syrup:

  • 4 Tablespoons dried lavender
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup water

For the cocktail:

  • 1 1/2 Ounce gin
  • 1 Ounce lemon juice
  • 1 Ounce lavender syrup
  • 4 Ounces Lemon Lime Sparkling Ice
  • Lemon twist and lavender sprig for garnish (optional)


For the lavender syrup:

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the sugar and water to a boil. Stir to dissolve sugar.

Add lavender and bring to a simmer.

Remove from heat and allow the ginger to infuse for 30 minutes.

Pour syrup through a finer strainer into an airtight container.

For the cocktail:

Fill a glass with crushed ice.

Pour the gin, lemon juice, and the lavender syrup over the ice and stir.

Float with Lemon Lime Sparkling Ice.

Garnish with a lemon twist and lavender spring, then serve.
