This new twist on a classic citrus cocktail is sure to make your summer. Featuring Japanese rice whiskey, this cocktail is bright, refreshing, and beautiful.This recipe is courtesy of Kikori.
  • 1 1/2 ounce kikori whiskey
  • 1 ounce blood orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce honey syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • sprig of rosemary, for garnish
  • blood orange slices, for garnish
  1. Dry shake the egg white, juices, syrup, and whiskey in a cocktail shaker to froth.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a blood orange slice and a sprig of rosemary.
