Katie Lee's Gorgonzola And Fig Crostinis

Ingredients
- 1 loaf french bread, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices (about 32 slices)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounce gorgonzola dolce
- one 6-ounce jar fig jam (about 3/4 cup)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the bread slices on 1 or 2 baking sheets, to fit. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Drizzle or brush the bread with the olive oil. Bake until crisp and golden. Remove the bread from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Spread each slice of toast with about 1 tablespoon of Gorgonzola. Top with a teaspoon-size dollop of fig jam. Transfer to a serving platter.
