Try something new for breakfast or a snack. The chia provides protein and the kale will give you the fiber you need to stay full. 

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Evolution Fresh Sweet Greens and Lemon
  • 1 handful fresh kale
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • 1/2 Cup seasonal fresh fruit

Directions

Blend ingredients and enjoy!
