Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce extra-aged bourbon, preferably Jim Beam Black
  • 3/4 Ounces peach liqueur
  • 1/4 Ounce dark Italian Amaro
  • Prosecco
  • Cinnamon, for garnish
  • 1 star anise, for garnish

Directions

Mix together bourbon, peach liqueur, and dark Italian Amaro in serving glass.

Top with prosecco.

Finish the drink with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a star anise.
