Jim Beam Black ‘n Bubbly

Want to make your bourbon nice and bubbly to toast the New Year? Mix this simple cocktail together to make the perfect drink for cheering on midnight.

- 1 1/2 Ounce extra-aged bourbon, preferably Jim Beam Black
- 3/4 Ounces peach liqueur
- 1/4 Ounce dark Italian Amaro
- Cinnamon, for garnish
- 1 star anise, for garnish
Mix together bourbon, peach liqueur, and dark Italian Amaro in serving glass.
Top with prosecco.
Finish the drink with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a star anise.
