Ingredients

2 ounce jim beam black, or other extra-aged bourbon
1 ounce honey
2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup hot water
lemon peel, for garnish

Directions

In a mug, mix together bourbon, honey, and lemon juice.
Top off with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
