A lemony white-chocolate cream is poured over frozen berries for a simple, sweet Italian-inspired dessert.
This recipe is courtesy of Nigella Lawson.
Put the cream and two tablespoons of limoncello in a heavy-bottomed pan and heat until it is almost boiling. Take the pan off the heat, and add the white chocolate. Stir to cover the white chocolate.
Arrange the berries in a single layer in a dish or plate that has a small lip. Sprinkle the remaining two tablespoons of limoncello over the berries and leave for 5 minutes.
Gently stir the white-chocolate cream mixture until all the chocolate has melted and it is smooth. Pour over the berries. Serve immediately.
