- 2 Ounces cedar-infused aviation gin
- 3/4 Ounces housemade grenadine
- 3/4 Ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- Egg white
- Pinot noir
Combine all ingredients in a tin and dry shake vigorously. The egg will make the process harder.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into coupe glass.
Serve with a sidecar (3/4 ounce) of Oregon Pinot noir. Add the Pinot while drinking the cocktail, which will add some tannins and richness that tames the cedar just a bit.
