Hunt and Gather Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces cedar-infused aviation gin
  • 3/4 Ounces housemade grenadine
  • 3/4 Ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • Egg white
  • Pinot noir

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a tin and dry shake vigorously. The egg will make the process harder.
Add ice and shake again.

Double strain into coupe glass.

Serve with a sidecar (3/4 ounce) of Oregon Pinot noir. Add the Pinot while drinking the cocktail, which will add some tannins and richness that tames the cedar just a bit.
