Hot Pumpkin Latte

Ingredients
  • 1 illy espresso
  • 1 ounce homemade pumpkin syrup (see notes for link to recipe)
  • 6 ounce whole milk
  • 2 ounce heavy cream
  • pumpkin spice, to taste (see notes for link to recipe)
Directions
  1. Prepare the espresso and mix it with ½ oz of syrup, then pour into a 10-ounce serving glass.
  2. Steam whole milk and pour it into the glass; make sure there’s no foam.
  3. In a shaker or a bowl, pour the cream and the other ½ oz of syrup, and shake or whisk it just enough to turn the liquid cream into a dense liquid that is pourable. Pour the cream slowly on top of the drink.
  4. Finish with pumpkin spice.
