- 1 illy espresso
- 1 Ounce homemade pumpkin syrup (see notes for link to recipe)
- 6 Ounces whole milk
- 2 Ounces heavy cream
- Pumpkin Spice, to taste (see notes for link to recipe)
Prepare the espresso and mix it with ½ oz of syrup, then pour into a 10-ounce serving glass.
Steam whole milk and pour it into the glass; make sure there’s no foam.
In a shaker or a bowl, pour the cream and the other ½ oz of syrup, and shake or whisk it just enough to turn the liquid cream into a dense liquid that is pourable. Pour the cream slowly on top of the drink.
Finish with pumpkin spice.
