Ever crave a mug of homemade hot chocolate but don’t want to make a whole batch? Check out this Hot Chocolate for one! Only four easy ingredients and one minute to a fabulous and fast mug of hot chocolate!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, such as truvia baking blend
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • marshmallows, whipped cream and/or a candy cane, for serving, if desired
Directions
  1. Pour milk in a microwave safe glass. Heat in microwave for one minute, or until warm.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the sugar and cocoa.
  3. Pour sugar/cocoa mix into warm milk and stir or whisk to incorporate. Add in vanilla.
  4. Serve with a little whipped cream or marshmallows and a candy cane!
