Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon real maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Rosemary, for garnish

Directions

Cut the sweet potatoes in cubes (do not peel). Boil until soft. Drain the sweet potatoes.

Mash with a potato masher. Mix the maple syrup, nutmeg and salt and pepper into the mashed sweet potatoes. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle fresh rosemary.
