Cut the sweet potatoes in cubes (do not peel). Boil until soft. Drain the sweet potatoes.
Add the sour cream and mash with a potato masher. Mix the maple syrup, nutmeg and salt and pepper into the mashed sweet potatoes. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle fresh rosemary.
