Honey Roasted Buttercup Squash

Ingredients
- 4 small buttercup squash
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoon honey
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds. Arrange the squash on a baking sheet
- Heat the butter in a small saucepan and add in honey, salt, pepper and thyme. Using a pastry brush, brush the squash with the mixture and roast for 40 minutes or until the squash are golden brown and tender.
