Ingredients
- 3/4 pieces of clove
- 3/4 pieces of cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tablespoon whole black pepper
- 3/4 cup bay leaf
- 3/4 pieces of mace spice
- 3 tablespoon whole cumin seeds
- 3 tablespoon whole coriander seeds
- 15 chicken, drumstick pieces
- 2 tablespoon himalayan spices
- 1/2 cup ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon tumeric powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon meat masala
Directions
- Combine all the spices and finely grind them in a blender.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl with chicken drumsticks. Thoroughly mix the spices so that the chicken pieces are coated with the spice mix. Put the bowl in a cooler for 2 to 4 hours so that the chicken is thoroughly marinated. Take it out of the cooler and grill the meat on a barbecue oven.
