- 1 slice whole-grain bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 Tablespoons non-fat yogurt, such as siggi’s Plain 0% Skyr
- 2 Ounces heirloom tomatoes
- 1 Teaspoon red chili flakes, optional
- Salt and pepper
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the yogurt. Season with red chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Toast the bread if you desire.
Spread the mixture on the bread. Top with the tomatoes and add a touch more salt and pepper to taste.
