Starting October 1 and through the entire month, the Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Marlin Bar in Midtown (551 Fifth Ave at 45th Street) is offering the Hibiscus Key Lime Cocktail, a refreshing pink concoction created especially to raise awareness and give back. Priced at $13, for every Hibiscus Key Lime cocktail sold this month, Tommy Bahama will donate $2 to the Garden of Hope & Courage in Florida: a peaceful garden next to the Downtown Naples Hospital Campus that provides a respite from the sterile hospital setting – a place of tranquility and solace for cancer patients, their families, and health care providers.


Hibiscus Key Lime Cocktail

  • 1.5 parts Ketel One® Vodka
  • 1 part fresh lime juice
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • 1 part hibiscus syrup
  • 1/2 part Cointreau®

Hibiscus Syrup

  • 1 part water
  • 3/4 part hibiscus
  • 1 part sugar


Hibiscus Key Lime Cocktail

Build in a shaker. Add ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with Lime wheel or mint sprig.

Hibiscus Syrup

Heat water and sugar in a small pot until sugar is melted. Remove from heat, add hibiscus and steep for 10 minutes. Remove hibiscus and cool.
