Hungry Girl’s Spiced Apple Salad

Afternoon snacks don’t have to come from the office vending machine. Stir up this semi-homemade treat to keep you full and focused.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Spiced Latte Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 2 Tablespoons fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 1 Cup chopped Fuji apple

Directions

In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix Coffee-mate, yogurt, and cinnamon.

Add apple, and stir to coat. Enjoy!
