Healthy Nut Crunch (no sugar added)

A healthy adaptation of a delicious nut crunch. This one is very low in carbs, high in protein and has a bucket load of probiotics! Perfect for a guilt free mid morning or afternoon snack and also as your pre or post workout snack

Notes

Yacon syrup is a great low carb sweetener that is also a prebiotic. It can be bought on Amazon and also found in wholefoods (in the USA)1

Ingredients

Healthy Nut Crunch

  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 Cup Raw Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Raw Hazlenuts
  • 1 Egg white
  • 3 Tablespoons Yacon Syrup

Directions

Healthy Nut Crunch

1. Blend the nuts all together for 30 seconds - just to break them up a little 2. Put the nuts in a bowl 3. Add the egg white and Yacon syrup to the nuts and mix in 4. Spoon the mixture onto a Silpat/grease proof paper/greased tray 5. Bake for 1 hour at 190F
