A healthy adaptation of a delicious nut crunch. This one is very low in carbs, high in protein and has a bucket load of probiotics! Perfect for a guilt free mid morning or afternoon snack and also as your pre or post workout snack

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw hazlenuts
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoon yacon syrup
Directions
  1. 1. Blend the nuts all together for 30 seconds - just to break them up a little 2. Put the nuts in a bowl 3. Add the egg white and Yacon syrup to the nuts and mix in 4. Spoon the mixture onto a Silpat/grease proof paper/greased tray 5. Bake for 1 hour at 190F
