Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwiches

Perfect for lunch or as an after school snack

What better way to sweeten up your day than with a peanut butter and banana sandwich? This dish is served on cinnamon swirl bread and takes just 10 minutes to make.

  • 1/4 Cup Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 slices cinnamon swirl bread
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub


Heat large skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice. Place banana evenly over 2 slices; top with remaining bread slices, peanut butter-side down.

Spread outsides of each sandwich with Parkay. Place in skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut in half to serve.
