Healing Aloe Vera Green Tea Recipe
Fresh aloe vera helps the body repair cell damage, and green tea is a stomach soother that aids in healthy digestion. Choose decaffeinated green tea, as caffeine can be a trigger for heartburn.
- 1 -2 cups water
- 1 decaffeinated green tea bag
- 1 large aloe vera leaf
Boil the water, steep tea in cup. Cut edges from aloe leaf. Cut the leave in half, scrape out the clear jelly in the center, and stir into cup of tea. Serve.
