- 2 ounces Appleton Estate Reserve rum
- 1/2 ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 egg white
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into coupe. Garnish with nutmeg.
