- 1 slice toast
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons soy-free vegan mayonnaise
- 1/2 Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 wedge lemon
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Spread the vegan mayonnaise on to your warm toast. Top with sliced avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a scattering of red pepper flakes.
