Here's a recipe you can make for a crowd that is easy to make and serve. It’s grilled shrimp cocktail. I know we’ve all eaten shrimp cocktail till the cows come home. I like to add a different twist to mine and grill them.
Does that mean you can eat them cold? Well, of course you can! I think they are packed with flavor and best eaten cold with cocktail sauce.

- 1 Pound jumbo shrimp with shell
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
Combine ingredients minus shrimp into medium bowl.
Peel and devein shrimp.
Place shrimp into bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
Place shrimp on hot grill.
Allow to cool and serve with cocktail sauce or pesto.
