- 1 Cup packed fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 Cup packed fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves peeled
- 1/2 of a spicy fresh pepper such as serrano roughly chopped
- 1/4 of a red bell pepper roughly chopped
- 1 Tablespoon oregano
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
1. Add all of the ingredients (except the olive oil) to a blender and begin mixing at a medium speed.
2. Slowly add the olive oil and blend until smooth.
3. For best results, refrigerate overnight in a sealed container.
