- 1 1/2 ounce Pierre Ferrant 1840 cognac
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Gravenstein apple juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Splash of ginger beer
Combine the cognac, orange liqueur, apple juice, and bitters in a cocktail tin with ice. Shake and strain into a glass, then top with a splash of ginger beer.
