This cocktail combines the superb flavor of Pierre Ferrand 1840 cognac with a touch of Gravenstein apple juice and orange liqueur, plus a splash of ginger beer.


  • 1 1/2 ounce Pierre Ferrant 1840 cognac
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Gravenstein apple juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Ice
  • Splash of ginger beer


Combine the cognac, orange liqueur, apple juice, and bitters in a cocktail tin with ice. Shake and strain into a glass, then top with a splash of ginger beer.
