Ingredients

  • 6 -8 thin slices of ginseng root
  • honey to taste
  • 8 Ounces water

Directions

Pour 8 ounces of almost-boiling water over the ginseng. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes and strain. Add honey to taste.
