You've heard of a Gin and Juice, but chances are you've never tasted a proper one. This elevated version is made with Boodles, a London Dry Gin that embodies British character - never showy, and very proper. Gomme is a viscous drink sweetener common with 19th century bartenders that shines in otherwise stiff cocktails.
Ingredients
- 2 Ounces Boodles Gin
- 0.75 Ounce Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 Ounce Mango Puree
- 0.75 Ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Dash of Soda Water
Directions
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a large rocks glass with ice. Top with a dash of soda water and garnish with a fresh sprig of cilantro.
