Labor Day should be celebrated with the most refreshing of all summer cocktails, which is undoubtedly this fruity, frozen Negroni.This recipe is courtesy of Jeremy Ortel at Donna.

Ingredients

1 ounce campari
1 ounce gin, preferably bulldog gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth, preferably cinzano 1757 sweet vermouth
3/4 ounce orange juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 cup ice
2 strawberries

Directions

Place all ingredients, except one of the strawberries, in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the remaining strawberry.
