- 1 1/4 Cup Frangelico
- 8 Ounces hot milk
- 16 Tablespoons dark cocoa
- 16 Tablespoons sugar
Mix hot milk with cocoa and sugar and blend well. Add Frangelico and mix. Portion spike cocoa into 8 cups and top with whipped cream.
