Chances are, you’ve got a jar of spicy salsa or picante sauce sitting in your fridge from the last time you hosted a taco night. You’re not about to make Mexican food again so soon,, so you might as well do something productive with that picante sauce and whip up some fettuccine picante courtesy of Pace. Their sauce is full of tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños, so this pasta will taste like it took all day to make when it really just took you 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salsa, such as Pace Picante Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups hot cooked fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Mix picante sauce, sour cream, and cheese in saucepan. Heat through.

Toss with fettuccine and cilantro. Serve with additional picante sauce.
