  • 2 Ounces Patron Silver
  • 1/4 Ounce Pyrat XO Reserve Rum
  • 3/4 Ounces mint syrup
  • 3/4 Ounces lime juice
  • Egg white
  • Black sea salt and lime zest

Directions

In a shaker, combine all ingredients (except sea salt and lime zest). Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with black sea salt and lime zest in the middle of the drink.
