- 1 Ounce vodka, such as Absolut Elyx
- 1/2 Ounce aperetif wine, such as Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 Ounce sherry, such as Sandeman Cream Oloroso sherry
- 1/4 Ounce blood orange liqueur, such as Solerno
- 3/4 Ounces lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Ounce green tea, such as Teakoe Pomegranate Green Tea
- fresh mint
- 1 Ounce prosecco
- Pebble ice
- Mint Sprig
Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and shake.
Pour over pebble ice in julep cup.
Garnish with mint sprig or orange peel cut into a half-moon shape.
