Elyxir Punch

This punch is a great transition drink, as it's bold enough to ward off any chill in the air and bouncy enough to welcome spring

The Way Back is a new bar in Denver's Highlands neighborhood. Chad Michael George, one of the owners, offers guests the Elyxir Punch to help transition into great spring vibes.

  • 1 Ounce vodka, such as Absolut Elyx
  • 1/2 Ounce aperetif wine, such as Lillet Blanc
  • 1/2 Ounce sherry, such as Sandeman Cream Oloroso sherry
  • 1/4 Ounce blood orange liqueur, such as Solerno
  • 3/4 Ounces lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Ounce green tea, such as Teakoe Pomegranate Green Tea
  • fresh mint
  • 1 Ounce prosecco
  • Pebble ice
  • Mint Sprig


Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and shake.

Pour over pebble ice in julep cup.

Garnish with mint sprig or orange peel cut into a half-moon shape.
