This recipe is courtesy of Hilton New Orleans Riverside.Following the release of the new Ghostbusters movie and the limited resurgence of Hi-C Ecto Cooler, this slime-inspired cocktail is but one of the many ghost-themed experiences the Hilton offers as part of its “Ghost of a Good Time” package.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce melon liqueur, preferably midori melon liqueur
- 1/2 ounce coconut rum, preferably malibu coconut rum
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
- a dash of bitters
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (except bitters) with ice.
- Strain into an Absinthe glass and top with bitters.
- Swirl to make a ghostly design.
