Easter Egg Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 package krusteaz shortbread cookie mix
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- colored icing, candy or sprinkles for decorating
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place Krusteaz shortbread cookie mix and butter in medium bowl; stir until dough forms.
- Place dough on lightly floured surface; roll into 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut dough using a floured egg-shaped cookie cutter. Place 1-inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Cool thoroughly before icing.
- Decorate cookies with your favorite colored icing, candy or sprinkles.
