Notes

Individually mix pop ingredients in mixing cups - Multiple ingredients based on servings

Fill popsicle molds (silicone is best)

Place in freezer for approximately 5 hours

Remove from mold and consume immediately, or place in freezer bag for later indulgence

Ingredients

Sangria Pop

  • 1 Ounce Stella Rose Black
  • 1 Ounce lemonade
  • 1/2 Ounce orange juice

Mezcal Margarita

  • 1/2 Ounce Mezcales de Leyenda Durango
  • 1 Ounce limeade
  • 1 Ounce pink lemonade

Cherry Lemon Caipirinha

  • 1/2 Ounce Novo Fogo Sparkling Silver Cachaça
  • 2 Ounces lemonade

Reverse Manhattan

  • 3/4 Ounces Carpano Antica Formula
  • 1/4 Ounce Templeton Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2 Ounce cherry juice
  • 1 Ounce water

Mint Irish Coffee

  • 1/4 Ounce Brancamenta
  • 1/2 Ounce Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 Ounce Kerrygold Irish Cream
  • 1 Ounce cold brew coffee

Espresso Martini

  • 1/2 Ounce Crystal Head Vodka
  • 1/2 Ounce Caffe Borghetti
  • 1 Ounce water
  • 1/2 Ounce cold brew coffee

Directions

Sangria Pop

Add 1 orange slice, 1 lemon slice and 1/2 chopped strawberry to single popsicle mold

Mezcal Margarita

Add 1 kiwi slice and 1/2 chopped strawberries to single popsicle mold

Cherry Lemon Caipirinha

Add chopped cherries to single popsicle mold

Reverse Manhattan

Add chopped cherries to single popsicle mold
