De Rodriguez Cuba's "Agave Habana"
Miami Beach is home to De Rodriguez Cuba, the restaurant that created the Agave Habana cocktail. Rum, agave nectar, lime juice, and fresh pineapple are the main ingredients in this tropical beverage. Served in a high ball glass, and topped with a splash of ginger beer, it is both pleasing to the eye and to the taste buds!
- 2 Ounces light rum
- 1/2 Ounce agave nectar
- 3/4 Ounces lime juice
- 1/2 Ounce fresh pineapple
- splash of ginger beer
Fill highball glass up with ice. Add light rum, agave nectar, and fresh pineapple. Pour in martini shaker and shake hard twice. Pour back in highball glass and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with Orange and lime.
