1/2 Ounce lime juice
1/2 Ounce ginger syrup
2 1/2 Ounces Reggatta ginger beer
2 Ounces Gosling rum

Build over ice with lime and syrup going in first then ginger beer. Float rum on top. Garnish with a lime and sugar cane spear.
