This fudge recipe actually has some healthful components to it. Don’t feel guilty digging into this salty, sweet treat that is made rich thanks to avocado instead of butter.
Blend all ingredients, minus the salt, in a blender or food processor. If your mixture separates in the blender, simply add a little water and it will combine again.
Spread into a baking dish and top with salt.
Refrigerate until hard and keep stored in fridge.
