Country Crock Creamy Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 medium potatoes (about 1-1/4 lbs.), peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup buttery spread, such as country crock® spread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  1. Cover potatoes with water in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered until potatoes are very tender, about 15 minutes; drain.
  2. Return potatoes to saucepan; mash. Stir in remaining ingredients.
