Cranberry Prosecco Mojito

Tart cranberries, crisp Italian prosecco and just enough organic cane sugar to make it dazzle into a perfect holiday cocktail.


  • 1 scoop Ciao Bella Cranberry Prosecco Sorbet
  • 2 Ounces white rum
  • Club soda
  • 5-7 mint leaves


Soften Ciao Bella Cranberry Prosecco sorbet at room temperature for 5 minutes. Muddle 1 scoop of sorbet with 5-7 mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Add 1 -2 shots of white rum and fill the glass with ice. Shake vigorously in a cocktail shaker. Top with club soda. Garnish with more mint and fresh cranberry halves.


Tip: Garnish the rim with course sugar for even more holiday dazzle!
