In honor of National Cocktail Day today, here's a recipe from the British Virgin Islands that'll taste like you're on a beach in the Caribbean. Fun Fact: Since 1986, an annual Bushwacker Festival has taken place at Quiwater Beach on Pensacola Beach, Florida to celebrate the drink and its origin which some say may have in fact been in the Virgin Islands!Photo and recipe courtesy of  Myett’s
