Cococaramel Old Fashioned
If a classic Old Fashioned is too old fashioned for you, mix up this variation on the standard cocktail this holiday season. Featuring a tea-infused bourbon but served traditionally over ice with citrus rind, this old fashioned is a little old school, a little new school, and totally refreshing.This recipe is courtesy of Teavana.

Ingredients
- 750 milliliter bourbon
- 2 ounce teavana’s cococaramel sea salt loose leaf tea
- 1/2 ounce campari
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 ounce cococaramel sea salt bourbon
- ice
- orange peel, for garnish
Directions
- In a pitcher, mix together bourbon with loose leaf tea.
- Let steep 30–45 minutes.
- Fine strain to remove all tea leaves.
- In a mixing glass, combine Campari, sweet vermouth, and infused bourbon. Stir with ice.
- Strain over large piece of ice.
- Garnish cocktail with flamed orange twist.
