If a classic Old Fashioned is too old fashioned for you, mix up this variation on the standard cocktail this holiday season. Featuring a tea-infused bourbon but served traditionally over ice with citrus rind, this old fashioned is a little old school, a little new school, and totally refreshing.

In a pitcher, mix together bourbon with loose leaf tea.
Let steep 30–45 minutes.
Fine strain to remove all tea leaves.
In a mixing glass, combine Campari, sweet vermouth, and infused bourbon. Stir with ice.
Strain over large piece of ice.
Garnish cocktail with flamed orange twist.
