These Cinnamon Baked Apples are almost too healthy to be true. With no added sugar, the natural sugars of the apples are brought to life in the baking process. These are a great, stress-free treat to bake with your significant other.

- 2 medium-sized apples, peeled and cut into large wedges
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)
Place apples in a slow-cooker and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Cook on low for 4 hours. Serve warm with yogurt and walnuts.
