1 ounce Baileys
1 ounce Kahlúa
1 ounce peppermint schnapps
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Blend Baileys, Kahlúa, peppermint schnapps, and ice cream together in a blender on low.
Layer bottom of long cordial or Champagne glass with chocolate sauce.
Pour the drink on top of the syrup and garnish with whipped cream and cookie crumbs.
