Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon chinese five spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin seeds and olive oil. Then pour the spice mixture over it and stir again. Evenly spread pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and transfer to oven. Cook until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
