Cherry Champagne Cocktail
Add cherry juice and maraschino to your Champagne for a fancy, beautiful cocktail.

- 1 Ounce tart cherry juice
- 1 Ounce Luxardo Maraschino
- 4 dashes mole bitters
- 1 barspoon of Luxardo Amaro Abano
- 4 Ounces Champagne
- Thyme, to garnish
Stir the cherry juice, maraschino, bitters, and amaro together in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with a spring of thyme.
