Cereal Bowl Smoothie

The ultimate morning smoothie, this is breakfast in a glass packed with potassium and fiber. Enjoy with a spoon or a wide straw!

Ingredients

2 cups milk, or milk substitute (such as vanilla flavored almond milk)

1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped

1 cup of granola or oatmeal

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender (add liquids first)

Blend until smooth

Serve with sprinkle of granola or oatmeal on top
